நீதிமானுக்கு எதிராக துன்மார்க்கன்

👎 நீதிமானைத் தோற்கடிப்பதற்கும் விரட்டுவதற்கும் துன்மார்க்கன் தீய திட்டங்களை வகுக்கிறான். (22:3-6)

👍 தேவன் நீதிமானை உயர்த்துவார். (23:24)

 

👎 துன்மார்க்கன் ஜனங்களின் எண்ணிக்கையையும் பலத்தையும் நம்பியிருக்கிறான். (22:4,5,7,15)

👍 நீதிமான் தன் தேவனும் ராஜாவுமாகிய தேவனை சார்ந்திருக்கிறான். (23:21)

 

👎 துன்மார்க்கன் நீதிமானுக்கு எதிராக குறிசொல்லுதலைத் தேடுகிறான். (22:7)

👍 நீதிமானுக்கு எதிராக ஒரு மந்திரமும் இல்லை குறிசொல்லுதலும் இல்லை. (23:23)

 

👎 நீதிமானை சபிக்கவும் இகழ்வதற்கும் தொந்தரவு செய்வதற்குமான தன் காரணத்தை ஆதரிப்பவர்களுக்கு துன்மார்க்கன் பெரும் மரியாதையை வாக்களிக்கிறான். (22:17)

👍 நீதிமான் தேவனின் வாக்குறுதியில் இளைப்பறுகிறான். (23:19)

👎துன்மார்க்கர் மக்களின் மனதை கறைப்படுத்துகிறார்கள். (16:1,2)

👍 நீதிமான்கள் மக்களின் துன்மார்க்கத்தை எச்சரிக்கிறார்கள். (16:11,26; 17:10)

 

👎 துன்மார்க்கர் பெருமை, சுயநலம் மற்றும் பொறாமை ஆகியவற்றால் தூண்டப்படுகிறார்கள். (16:3,4)

👍 நீதிமான்கள் பணிவு மற்றும் தேவனை மையமாகக் கொண்ட வாழ்வினால் தூண்டப்படுகிறார்கள். (16:9)

 

👎 துன்மார்க்கர் திருப்தியடையாதவர்கள் மற்றும் நன்றியற்றவர்கள். (16:9,10,12)

👍 நீதிமான்கள் மனநிறைவுள்ளவர்களாகவும், தனிப்பட்ட லாபங்களுக்காக தங்கள் பதவியை பயன்படுத்திக் கொள்ளாதவர்களாகவும் இருக்கிறார்கள். (16:15)

 

👎 துன்மார்க்கர் தங்கள் அழைப்பையும் கர்த்தருக்குள் தங்கள் பிரதிஷ்டையையும் மறந்துவிடுகிறார்கள். (16:9)

👍 நீதிமான்கள் தாங்கள் சேவை செய்ய தேவனால் அனுப்பப்பட்டவர்கள் என்பதை எப்போதும் நினைவில் கொள்கிறார்கள். (16:28)

 

👎 துன்மார்க்கர் மற்றவர்களின் முடிவையும் அழிவையும் தேடுகிறார்கள். (16:3,4,41)

👍 நீதிமான்கள் எதிர்ப்பவர்களின் நல்வாழ்வையும் நாடுகிறார்கள். (16:45,46)

 

👎 துன்மார்க்கர் எதிர்ப்பதற்கான வலிமையைத் திரட்டுவதற்காக மக்களிடம் திரும்புகிறார்கள். (16:2,42)

👍 நீதிமான்கள் தேவனிடம் திரும்பி, அவருடைய பலத்தைத் தேடுகிறார்கள். (16:42)

दुष्ट बनाम धर्मी

👎धर्मी को हराने और बाहर निकालने की दुष्ट योजना दुष्ट बनाता है (22:3-6)

👍परमेश्वर धर्मियों को ऊपर उठाएगा (23:24)

👍धर्मी परमेश्वर पर विश्वास करते हैं जो झूठ नहीं बोलता और अपने वचन पर पीछे नहीं हटता है (23:19)

👎दुष्ट चालाकी से धर्मियों का अपमान और निंदा करने के लिए स्थानों और अवसरों को खोजते रहता है (23:13,27)

👍परमेश्वर की सहायता से धर्मी विकास करते और फलते-फूलते रहते हैं (24:5-7)

Wicked Vs Righteous

Meditation from Numbers 22-24

👎The wicked devise wicked plans to defeat & drive out the righteous (22:3-6)

👍God will rise up the righteous (23:24)

👎The wicked rely on people's numbers & strength (22:4,5,7,15)

👍The righteous rely on God, who is their Lord & King (23:21)

👎The wicked seek divination against the righteous (22:7)

👍There is no enchantment or divination against the righteous (23:23)

👎The wicked promise great honour to those who will support his cause of despising & troubling the righteous (22:17)

👍The righteous rest on God's promise (23:19)

👎The wicked seek opportunities to curse the righteous (22:11; 23:11,27)

👍Blessed is everyone who blesses the righteous & cursed is everyone who curses the righteous (24:9)

👎The wicked's religiosity seeks to destroy the righteous (23:1-3)

👍The righteous please God & trouble not others (23:9)

👎Those who trust the wicked, trust in him who goes back on his word (24:11)

👍The righteous trust in God who does not lie & does not go back on His word (23:19)

👎The wicked cunningly tries to find places & opportunities to insult & malign the righteous (23:13,27)

Serving God

Meditation from Luke 1

Zechariah & Elizabeth and Mary found favour in the sight of God (Luke 1:25,30). The greatest favour that they received is to bring out the one who will prepare the way for the Lord (John) and the One who will prepare the people to enter God’s kingdom (Jesus). In this chapter we can find references to ‘serving God’ which gives us the important elements to truly serve God.

1.      Serving to be a blessing, not for a blessing

Zechariah was serving as priest before God (1:8) and he & his wife were righteous before God and lived blameless according to all the commandments of God (1:6). Though they did to have a child, which in a sense is a deprival of a blessing, that did not stop them from serving God.

Even after receiving John, they rejoiced that he was chosen to serve God (1:76,77).

2.      Serving by submitting to God’s will

Mary surrendered to the will of God – “Here am I, the servant of the Lord; let it be with me according to your word” (1:38). We cannot truly serve God without submitting to God’s will and by expecting to serve our wish and desire.

3.      Serving with humility and not pride

God’s favour will be on those who serve with humility (1:48) and not with those who are proud (1:51).

4.      Serving in holiness & righteousness

We are rescued by Jesus so that we “might serve him without fear, in holiness and righteousness before him all our days” (1:74,75). We cannot serve God without holiness. He who fears God will fear no circumstance and fear no one, for he will walk in holiness & righteousness.

Let us serve God with humility & in holiness, by surrendering to His will, to be a blessing!

Blessings of Seeking

Meditation from Zephaniah Chapter 2

Pride, Fearless before God & False sense of security will make one desolate and fruitless (2:15).

We need to
Seek the LORD
Seek Righteousness
Seek Humility (2:3).

If we follow the world we will walk in wickedness, if we follow the word we will walk in Righteousness.
Humility is not a gift but it is learnt.

The prophet shows three blessings of Seeking the LORD, Righteousness and Humility.

1. Mindful - God will be mindful of us. People may forget us, but God Himself will be mindful. (2:7)

2. Restore - The LORD will restore every lost spiritual blessing when we repent. He restores us just not to our previous state, but to God's standard. (2:7)

3. Inheritance - The LORD will enable us to receive the inheritances, the heavenly inheritance in Christ. (2:9)

What a great joy when we seek the LORD, Righteousness and Humility; we will enjoy the M.R.I and will become a blessing to others.
